• Minimum Bet: The minimum stake per bet is ৳50.
• Maximum Win: A maximum daily win limit applies per single bet. Separate limits apply for VIP members.
• Live Betting: Odds on live events change in real time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Technical Error: If a bet is left incomplete due to a server outage or technical issue, 8889 will resolve it in accordance with its established policy.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8889. Any violation will result in permanent account termination:

• Bonus Fraud: Claiming bonuses using false information or multiple accounts.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Collusion: Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players.
• Hacking: Any attempt to breach the platform's security systems.
• False Identity: Operating an account under someone else's identity or a fictitious identity.
• Automated Betting: Placing bets using bots or automated software.

8889 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in the Terms & Conditions.
• Providing incorrect or false information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submit required documents within the given timeframe.
• Account inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

If a valid balance exists prior to account closure, it will be returned according to our standard procedures once verification is complete — however, balances may be forfeited in cases involving prohibited activities.

• Loss of bets or interrupted games due to internet disconnection.
